Site Inspection
We begin by inspecting your property to ensure that it’s possible to build on. We only design and build high-quality personal-use docks. If your land is possible to build on, we then begin designing the custom dock. Every part of the process is looked over by our engineering team, so you can be sure the dock is crafted with safety (and fun) in mind.
Design and Build
There’s a lot that goes into creating a custom dock, and the fabrication begins once design is finished. Once decking and the electrical work is finished, we’ll have a dock and lift inspection done to ensure the flotation and winches, and everything else is done to the highest-quality.
Delivery
If you already have a dock, we also do remodels and renovations to create the high-end dock of your dreams. Then, we offer a monthly maintenance package where we take care of everything from cleaning, leveling and repair. You can feel good knowing that your dock will survive the changing water levels and flooding.
